Before a building or part of a building is brought into use a
Completion Certificate for the work is necessary.
The issue of a Completion Certificate is subject to a satisfactory
final inspection and Building Standards will arrange an inspection
after a completed Application Form has been received.
The Completion Certificate is no guarantee of workmanship and
it is always worthwhile engaging professional advisers at all
stages of construction.
